I agree completely with the statement of facts raised above. On the one hand you have the British government telling the Muslim population that having laws based on something other than the British values are not acceptable. Then, when the Muslims are crying out to have Islam implemented in their own countries, based upon their own Islamic values, they are not only told but forced through the barrel of a gun to give up this call. Muslims are forced to implement a set of laws that are not based on Islam but rather the values of Britain and America! What hypocrisy! Why can't the Muslims live according to their beliefs and values in their own lands! What right does Britain and America have to force the Muslims in their own countries to live according to the British and American way of life that is so rich in crime and bloodshed! This is so unjust! I think the way forward for Muslims is to highlight this hypocrisy through debate and discussion. I think speaking out is the most powerful thing we can do but we must make sure that Muslims have a credible alternative that they want to implement in their own lands. We have an amazing system of government called the Khilafah which excels the democratic system on every level, whether it is in the fields of good governance, accountability or corruption to name a few. Muslims and non-Muslims should study the Islamic system(Khilafah/Caliphate) and convey its ability to bring justice and stability.
