The campaign is provocative, divisive and is designed to weaken the resolve of Muslims in Britain, ultimately producing a compliant and subjugated Muslim minority following a new, diluted version ‘Islam'. The Muslim community must not fall prey to the provocation. Our response must not be reactive or reactionary. We must be united. We must be firm in our rebuttals and at all times uphold the way of life (deen) of Islam without being aggressive.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain has launched a nation-wide campaign to defend Islam. Hizb ut Tahrir Britain's Stand for Islam is a grassroots campaign to mobilise the Muslim community in Britain to defend Islam, the honour of the Prophet (saw) and the values and teachings of a way of life held by over a billion people world-wide.

Allah (swt) says:

"Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knows best, who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance." (TMQ Surah al - Nahl 16:125)

The Muslim and non-Muslim communities are invited to support our Stand for Islam campaign. There are a number of ways in which each individual, group and community can support this campaign. Here we highlight some of the ways in which you can support the call to defend Islam.

• Attend the many events organised around the country 
• Invite family, friends and colleagues, especially non-Muslims, to the events
• Discuss, ask questions and learn the arguments on how best to defend Islam
• If you can organise an event within your community we can support through providing speakers
• Distribute and circulate the leaflets discussing the key campaign messages
• Download our videos and circulate among the internet communities
