An advice to our brothers in Jamaat-i-Islami
The joint declaration, based on non-Islamic points, is like rubbing salt in the wounds of Muslims of Eastern Turkistan (Xinjiang)
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Jamaat-i-Islami and the Communist party of China is un-Islamic. According to the joint declaration Jamaat-i-Islami has endorsed China’s claim over Eastern Turkistan (Xinjiang) whereas the fact is that China occupied this Muslim territory in 1949 through a military operation. If today Jamaat-i-Islami, in its support of ‘One-China’ policy, willing to surrender the Islamic land of Xinjiang then when would she give the “glad tidings” of its surrender of Palestine, Kashmir and Chechnya? The Shar’i Hukam (legal status) of Xinjiang is the same as that of Palestine, Kashmir and Chechnya. All these territories are occupied territories and it is an obligation on the Ummah to liberate these territories from kuffar. Today if Muslims are not able to liberate these territories because of the absence of the Khilafah, it does not mean that any Muslim can appoint himself as the “representative” of the Ummah and surrender it to the non-Muslims. Furthermore, according to the memorandum Jamaat-i-Islami will not intervene in China’s domestic issues. As a result Jamaat-i-Islami will be bound to remain silent over all actions happening in China such as dishonoring of Mosques and killing of Muslim brothers and sisters in China. What could be a bigger example than this of abandoning our Muslim brothers to the kuffar? Islamic parties must join the struggle of the reestablishment of the Khilafah instead of forging brotherly ties with the secular and communist parties or states which are based on kufr creeds. We advise all Muslim parties that instead of supporting ‘ONE CHINA’ policy they must adopt the policy of ONE UMMAH and ONE KHILAFAH. Time is not far when Khilafah will stand against those perpetrating atrocities against Muslims and will carry out Jihad in order to liberate occupied Muslim lands. Then no one would dare to surrender Muslim lands to the kuffar.
