Criminalising Political Dissent in the Name of "Glorifying Terror" : A Statement from Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain regarding the Anti-Terror Bill 2005
On the 12th October 2005 the Home Secretary presented the government?s proposed anti-terrorism bill to Parliament. Though rightly signifi cant attention has been given to the proposed extension of questioning without charge from fourteen days to ninety days, other parts of the bill are equally chilling and coercive.
