London 9 Jumad Thani 1428 / 24 June 2007: Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain announce that Dr Abdul Wahid is the new Chairman of its Executive Committee. He has been a member of the committee for the past 3 years and succeeds Jamal Harwood, one of Hizb ut-Tahrir's longest serving members in the UK, who remains a key member of the UK Executive Committee.
