It has been twenty years since the United States led the Western “free” world in its crusade against Islam, with Britain following close on its heels. The American government felt that the attacks against New York were the perfect excuse to justify all manner of atrocities, invasions, extreme hatred and support for any and every odious dictator who would aid them in their war on Islam that they falsely labelled a war on “terror”.
The last two decades have seen America and Britain bring such unimaginable terror to not only the Muslims of Iraq and Afghanistan, but also to most of the Middle East and Asia through their tacit and often actual support for murderous dictatorial regimes and groups. They have conducted their own wars and supplied weapons to and funded warring factions that suit their interests, regardless of the atrocious human cost.
The extremist ideology of those who justify such killing and oppression in the name of national interests is an ideology of hate and greed. Hate for any other ideology that would limit the greedy colonists from their campaign of profiteering and wanton destruction. The odious stench of colonialism has accompanied all activities associated with their “war on terror”, which is inevitable as it is the foreign policy of any state which adopts the hateful ideology of capitalism.
The elite war mongers in Britain should be hanging their heads in shame at the evil their war has brought to the world. Instead we see them and their mainstream media apologists desperately telling us that they should continue to spread hate for islam and Muslims and spend even more on their murderous campaigns overseas.
The oppression and murder of Afghan, Palestinian, Rohingya, Uighur, Yemeni, Libyan, Syrian, Pakistani, Egyptian and Iraqi Muslims has not satisfied their desire for suppression. Not surprising though, as the capitalist can never be satisfied while there are still people and places left to colonise and exploit.
As some in the Western world are starting to reckon with their governments’ war crimes, others are stubbornly advocating more repression in defence of the capitalist way of life. Islam continues to be their target primarily for its political system, the Khilafah, and the encouragement to speak the truth and hold the oppressors to account. This is despite their miscalculation that Islam would be an easy target for their hate filled agenda.
We have witnessed twenty years of escalating vitriol against Islam and Muslims from the mouths of fanatical secular extremists. They told us that our Islam was backward and their democracy was the ultimate dream to aspire to. They have been willing to trample on the necks of anyone who dared question their democratic dream, yet despite their best efforts, Allah caused their lies to be exposed at their own hands. Their own shocking mistreatment and abuse of women and children gets loudly exposed every day. Their racial and xenophobic hatred is revealed in their attitude and policies towards minorities and immigrants. Their economies’ frailties have been exposed through crises, and their democracy itself lies in tatters, hardly desired by their own people, let alone the people they tried to impose it on. Yet we still hear the secularists dare to accuse Islam and Muslims; what else is driving them other than hatred and their own extremism.
Such people have no shame in openly suggesting that trips to Pakistan should be viewed with suspicion, that Islamists are the major threat in the world, and that liberal democracy and its freedoms must still be viewed as exportable, despite all the evidence to the contrary.
Muslims in Britain must reject and expose the renewed calls by former Prime Ministers and heads of nefarious security agencies to divide the Muslim community into moderate and extreme Islamists. These labels were invented by the elite and their agents to further their war on Islam, vainly hoping to silence criticism of their colonialist effort overseas and to radicalise and recruit recruit unwary and vulnerable youth to their extremist ideology of hate. Allah (swt) says:
قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ
“Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their hearts conceal is worse” [Aal-Imran: 118]
