اللهُ أكبرُ، اللهُ أكبرُ، اللهُ أكبر، لا إله إلا الله… اللهُ أكبرُ، اللهُ أكبر، وللهِ الحمد

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La Ilaha ila Allah…

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Wa Lillahi Al Ham

Praise be to Allah and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family, companions and those who follow his footsteps, and made the Islamic creed the basis for his thought, his Shariah rulings, his criteria for actions, and his source of law.

O Muslims everywhere…

We are pleased at the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir to convey to the entire Islamic Ummah the congratulations of the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent Scholar Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him, on Eid Al-Adha. We are also pleased to convey his congratulations to the Shabab and Shabaat (male and female members) of Hizb ut Tahrir who work day and night in their struggle against the era of oppressive regimes and to uphold the word of Allah to establish the Khilafah Rashideh State (righteous Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, the glad-tidings of the servant and Messenger of Allah (saw).

This Eid descends upon us while the Ummah’s sufferings are on the rise. This suffering is a sign of the awakening of the Ummah in its quest to liberate itself from the colonial hegemony it has been subjected to since the destruction of the Khilafah state in 1924 by the West. From the womb of the suffering, hope is growing for the end of the oppressive colonial era.

The heroic stand of our people in Jerusalem has revealed their ability to humiliate the Zionist state and break its arrogance. It also broke all remaining trust in the rulers of the Muslims who are busy organising strife and plots against the Ummah; in their competition to appease the colonial Western leaders. The Turkish leader mobilises his army to Qatar, as if unaware of the Zionist aggression in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the so-called the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has abandoned the Shariah duty towards the Masra (place of Isra’) of the Prophet (saw) and the first of the two Qiblas, preferring to indulge in the bloodshed of the Muslims in Yemen. As for the Jordanian ruler, he lost his shame and left the Jewish murderer who committed his crime in the heart of Amman, allowing him to return given a hero’s welcome by Netanyahu. Then the heads of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the organisation created after the burning of Al-Aqsa Mosque in 1969, tried to cover their shame by holding a meagre conference in Istanbul, only to write another chapter of humiliation and shame of these rulers.

Indeed, our people in Al-Quds (Jerusalem), who are disarmed but with hearts full of the love of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw), have been able to force the Zionists to fully retreat with humiliation from their recent procedures in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

It remains for our people in Ash-Sham to cleanse their ranks of the hypocrites who claim to be the representatives of the revolution while they are eager to please America to get a slice of the cake of power in Syria, even under Bashar’s rule, in line with the directives of the “supporting” countries. And our people in Ash-Sham must stand as a deterrent against the criminal infighting which is taking place between the rival factions, which are fighting for the spoils and to expand their influence while the tyrant of Ash-Sham, supported by America that facilitated the rulers of Iran and its tools and Russia and the rulers of Jordan and Turkey… trying hard to complete his crime of eliminating the revolution.

Despite the suffering of the Ummah, we are all confident in the promise of Allah to empower His Deen and make it dominant above all religions, and to realize the glad-tidings of the Messenger (saw) by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, and may this be soon. In this regard, the Truth is spoken by the Exalted:

“Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that – then those are the defiantly disobedient.” [An-Nur: 55]

The promise of Allah is the Haq (Truth) and Allah will not break His promise, no matter how many false rumors they spread and how much hypocrisy they show, the hypocrites who justify the slavery of the Ummah to the West, under deceiving slogans. The pure Seerah of the Prophet taught us that some of the hypocrites of Medina used to say that Muhammad promised us the treasures of Cosras and Caesar, when none of us feel safe to go defecate.

“And [remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease said, “Allah and His Messenger did not promise us except delusion,” [Al-Ahzab: 12]

The promise of Allah Almighty to His Messenger (saw) was fulfilled as He made His servants victorious and distinguished the most beloved of His soldiers, over the will of the hypocrites.

The true believers today must only hold on to the rope of Allah (swt) and show sincerity as His slaves and express humbleness to the Exalted; and they must have determination to support His Deen according to Shariah, which the Messenger of Allah (saw) taught us, and to have patience in adversity and stand firm on that until Allah sends His command.

I would like to convey to you and to the Islamic Ummah my congratulations and the congratulations of the head of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir and all its workers. I pray to the Allah ‘Azza Wa Jal that in the next Eid the Islamic Ummah will be under the banner of Al-U’qab, to be united, triumphant and victorious. And back as the leader of the World, indeed Allah ‘Azza Wa Jal is Capable and will accomplish it.

May Allah accept your deeds in His Obedience, Wa Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahamatullah Wa Barakatuhu

Glory and praise be to Allah, we bear witness that there is no god but you (Allah) and repent to you.

The eve of the blessed Eid al-Adha for the Hijri year of 1438.

Corresponding to the first of the month of September 2017 CE
