Britain’s Two Tier Rules on Racism

Several members of the Labour party have recently been suspended over accusations of Anti-Semitism. Being part of a corrupt political class, there is little surprise that these individuals can involve themselves in actions that decent people would consider repugnant. Yet it is astonishing how quickly the entire British political and media class has moved to condemn their comments. They claim that racism against Jewish people cannot be tolerated, that nobody has the right to question the Jewish right to self-determination. They also claim that all criticism of the Zionist state, Zionism or Jews should be forbidden because there is rampant Anti-Semitism in Britain today and that everything must be done to clamp down on it.

The hypocrisy of politicians and the media is breath-taking. Do they need to be reminded that racism is just one ugly form of prejudice and Jews are just one minority amongst many in Britain? These are the very issues they are guilty of ignoring, if not supporting, on a daily basis when it comes to Muslims.

No sane person can ignore the unrelenting prejudice against Muslims and Islam in British politics and the media. There is daily microscopic examination of every wrongdoing by the Muslim community. Whilst making up less than 5% of the population, Muslims are the basis for almost 50% of major headlines, which are almost entirely negative. Politicians criticise every practise that Muslims engage in, from women wearing the Hijab to men and women voluntarily sitting apart. This demonization can only breed contempt and hostility in the wider population. It doesn’t take a genius to realise that, and the political and media class are far from ignorant.

They justify the abuse against Islam and Muslims under the pretence that it is freedom of expression. Mockery of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), who is held sacred by over 1.6 billion people in the world, is praised and defended. Criticism of Islamic practises which are of no harm or concern to the wider society they term as “having an open national debate”.

Muslims who voice their right to self-determination under an Islamic State in the Muslim world, free from the despots that the West have imposed upon them, are branded extremists who a threat to society and deserving to be locked up.

It is clear that Jews and Muslims are on opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to the Politicians and journalists. Honesty and tolerance they say are the backbone of British values.

Looking closely at the comments that are the centre of the current furore, it is clear that the statements of offense were actually criticism of the Zionist state and Zionism. These are political realities which are supported by Jews and non-Jews and conversely opposed by Jews and non-Jews all over the world. These issues should be the subject of open debate, but the dishonesty in the press and political classes means that these are taboo subjects not for mere mortals to discuss.

And finally let us not fail to mention the irony and hypocrisy of the immigration debate that is also hotly discussed. Many of the politicians and journalists support the view that Britain is full, it cannot handle mass immigration and that migrants have caused a change to the culture in this land. They argue that this is wrong and not to be supported.  Yet it was British colonial foreign policy that gave birth to the Zionist sate in the land owned and occupied by Palestinians, which led to millions of foreign Jews arriving and millions of native Palestinians being driven from their homes into exile and who to this day live in squalid camps. Again, this is not something tolerated to be openly debated, but a taboo kept under the protection of Anti-Semitism.

It is by the will of Allah (SWT) that those who oppose His (SWT) plans are so clearly exposed.
