Palestine: The Betrayal of the Rulers

The current normalisation, through the “Treachery of the Century” by the descendants of the perpetrators of the Arab Revolt, is a continuation of treason against Allah (ﷻ), His Messenger (ﷺ), and this noble Ummah. The destruction of the political unity of the Muslims, the Khilafah, and the creation and the facilitation of the Zionist entity are interlinked. The collaboration by traitors from amongst the Muslim’s, recruited by the British, for the Arab Revolt, led to the internal weakening of the Khilafah. This weakening of the Khilafah, at the hands of traitors, principally Sharif Hussain of Mecca and Ibn Saud, was essential for the British and French to dismantle the Khilafah, and prepare the foundations for an illegitimate colonial creation: the Zionist entity.

After the signing of the Camp David Accords 1978, by Anwar Sadat of Egypt and Menachim Begin, the Egypt-Israel Peace treaty was signed in 1979. Egypt started supplying oil to the Zionist entity in 1980. The Oslo Accords of 1991, bought submission through the PLO to the Zionist entity, and opened the door for separate agreements between the Zionist entity and Jordan (signed in 1994), Syria and Lebanon. These agreements all sought to further consolidate the Zionist entity and covered region-wide issues, such as arms control and regional security, water, refugees, environment, and economic development

This facilitation is mentioned explicitly in various quotes by representatives of the Zionist entity, including Benjamin Netanyahu (December 2013), “Our relationship with Saudi Arabia is good, and we hope for more peaceful relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia.”

General Amos Gilad, director of the Zionist entity’s defence ministry’s policy and political-military relations department, “The Gulf and Jordan are happy that we belong to an unofficial alliance. The Arabs will never accept this publicly but they are clever enough to promote common ground.”

Ehud Cohen, head of the foreign trade desk at the Zionist entity’s Economy Ministry, “Trade relations between Israel and Turkey are growing steadily. The Foreign Trade Administration aims to increase exports to Turkey and encourage Turkish investment in Israel.” Turkey has signed 88 treaties with the Zionist entity. The Turkish-Israeli trade volume was UD$3.4b in 2008, had reached US$5b in 2013 and is set to reach record levels for 2020.

General Amos Gilad, also said, “Everything is underground, nothing is public. But our security cooperation with Egypt and the Gulf states is unique….This is the best period of security and diplomatic relations with the Arabs. Relations with Egypt have improved dramatically.” There exist 21 treaties between Egypt and the Zionist entity. The Egyptian regime has also closed the Rafah crossing which provided a supply line for goods into the Gaza Strip. Egypt supplied the Zionist entity with cheap gas for years and now Egypt is looking to purchase gas from the Zionist entity through the Tamar field.

Economic Facilitation

“Israeli radio mentioned that Shimon Peres had several meetings with distinguished economic officials from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other Gulf states. Among those who met with Peres were Abdullah Dawas, the President of Saudi Chamber of Commerce, other meetings were held with officials from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia to discuss financial, economic co-operation between Israel and Arab countries.” Al-Zaytoonah, February 1993.

The economic consequences of facilitation are dangerous for the Ummah. An example of the disastrous economic consequences of the facilitation of the Zionist entity is what was agreed upon in the Amman economic summit, in October 1995. This includes the Development Options for Co-operation in the Middle East and East Mediterranean which were a set of proposals by the Zionist entity and recommendations on a broad range of joint ventures. The summit’s aim was to establish regional institutions which would allow the Western nations and the Zionist entity to retain their economic dominance over the area. One of the key areas where the Zionist entity has retained a stranglehold over the Muslim Ummah is regarding water resources, invaluable to any nation.

Since the Six Day War of 1967, when the Zionist entity captured the West Bank and the valuable water basin beneath its hills, the Mountain Aquifer, the Zionist entity has played the ‘water card’ to strengthen its influence. Almost immediately after the war, the Zionist entity instigated a series of military orders putting the exploitation and distribution of water resources under the strict control of the Zionist entity’s administration, severely limiting Palestinian use of the water and inflicting upon Jordan a water shortage crisis. Currently, the Palestinian drilling of wells is forbidden without permission by the Zionist entity. As a consequence, Palestinian agricultural water consumption has remained at 1968 levels in absolute terms. Only domestic use increased by 20%, which is even less than the growth of the population. On the West Bank, Palestinians are only allowed to drill shallow wells of 60-140 meters, while Mekorot (the contractor of the Zionist entity’s water authority supplying the Jewish settlers) prefers to drill to depths of 300-400 meters in order to get higher flow rates and better quality water. In some cases, the deeper wells have drained water from the shallower ones, leading to the drying up of Palestinian wells. As a result of these and other policies, the Zionist entity including the settlers, are presently utilising nearly 80% of the shared waters of the West Bank, while Palestinians are left with less than 20%. To compound the inequity, Palestinians on the West Bank are forced to pay higher rates for their water supply. The Zionist entity’s former negotiator on water, Avraham Katz-Oz arrogantly stated to the Muslims, “We say, you will not take water from us. But we are ready to work with you because water is money.” Facilitation ensures this illegitimate control will remian over the water resources belonging to the Muslim Ummah.

Qatar supplies gas to the Zionist entity, while Oman awarded contracts to companies of the Zionist entity for the supply of electricity and water. The reality of the Amman economic summit and the wider facilitation, is that the technological industries will be established among the Zionist entity and the light underdeveloped industries will be established among the Muslims, industries which depend on manual labour. The joint projects between the Zionist entity and the Muslims are under Jewish management in reality but in joint management by name.

Military Facilitation

“The cooperation between Turkey and Israel should be strengthened in order to face the terrorist threats and secure the stability for the whole region.” Benyamin Netanyahu, – 1996.

The Muslim armies historically carried Islam to the West through dawah and Jihad and were the protective shield of the Ummah. They have been transformed into guns in the hands of the West and Zionist entity where they are used against those whom they used to protect, maintaining the influence and dominance of the colonial powers in the region. This domination takes the shape of building bases and carrying out military exercises in the Muslim lands to train the Muslims soldiers to fight, kill and suppress Muslims. This can be no clearer than as demonstrated by Turkey and its military agreement signed with the Zionist entity. In February 1996 Turkey announced the signing of a military treaty with the Zionist entity which would lead to the opening of the air space of each country for training and manoeuvring purposes to the other. This facilitation also leads to the exchange of military information between the two. In the following May, they furthered this agreement by signing a naval pact leading to the performance of joint naval manoeuvres. Mordechai, the Zionist entity’s defence minister added, “We think that the military co-operation between Turkey and Israel could act as a deterrent against any attack that countries such as Iraq, Iran and Syria could contemplate launching against Israel.” This is a graphic example of how cheap and worthless the blood of the Muslims has become, and how the Muslim armies have become pawns in the hands of the Zionist entity and other nations. This facilitation gives the West and Zionist entity the ability to use bases in the Muslim land to launch attacks on the Muslims and put them as the first line of defence for the Zionist entity, if she is attacked.

Rather than regarding the occupiers of Palestine as enemies who must be repelled through Jihad, the Muslim armies are instructed to accept the Zionists as allies and the military pacts are to preserve the existence of the Zionist entity. The military subservience is further consolidated by awarding military contracts to the West and the Zionist entity.

All the treacherous leaderships in the Muslims countries have followed a two pronged approach; firstly, viciously oppressing any calls for the return of political Islam, and secondly, nurturing the Zionist entity by ceding land, resources and legitimising its presence. The traitor rulers fully understand that their own existence and the existence of the Zionist entity, was built upon rebellion against the Khilafah. The return of the Khilafah will not only liberate the blessed land but also seek to unite the surrounding Muslim lands, and therefore sweep away these tretcherous regimes.

“Allah forbids your friendship with those who fight you because of your faith, and drive you from your homelands, or aid others to do so; and as for those who turn to them in friendship, they are truly wrongdoers.” [Surah Al-Mumtahanh 60:9]

Facilitation and normalisation means accepting and forgiving the terrorism, massacres and mass expulsions that the occupying Zionist Entity has perpetrated against the Muslim Ummah. No one can forget the massacres of Deir Yassin, Sabra, Shatila, as well as South Lebanon, Bahr Al-Baqar, Al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Haram Al-Ibrahimi. Facilitation seeks to solidify the defeat, inferiority and humiliation in the Ummah’s soul, since the official recognition of the Zionist Entity reinforces in the minds of the Muslims the physical impossibility of the Ummah to liberate her land. This would only underline the view that the liberation of Palestine can never occur, and that only a secular solution is viable, a solution which would accept and strengthen the permanent existence of the Zionist entity as a political reality. Securing the political entity and borders of the Zionist entitiy would mean that the actions from the sincere sons of the Ummah of attacking the Zionist entitiy will be punished by the tyrant rulers in our lands who will revert to the peace accords for justification. Therefore hostility and enmity would be replaced by ensuring the security of the Zionist entity.

This facilitation by the tretcherous rulers of Muslim lands through peace accords, conferences, and bilateral/multilateral summits, are the blue print for future treacheries where the Zionist entity will be a key member, developing common policies and political and security objectives, fundamentally built around protecting Zionist entity. This is the reality of the current “Treachery of the Century”. Such political co-operation results in the Zionist entity establishing an intelligence apparatus in the Muslim lands with the assistance of the traitor regimes, permitting the Zionists to build embassies not only to secure political integration, but more fundamentally to enable the Zionists to directly interfere in the political decisions in the lands of the Muslims. The pretext of such an action on the part of the Zionists would be the monitoring of adherence to the peace treaties with them, and to make sure that the ensuing political decisions will not violate any aspect of the peace treaties nor seek to undermine them. Allah (ﷻ) reminds us:

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ

“And when it is said to them, “Make not mischief on the earth”, they say, “We are only peacemakers”. Verily they are the ones to make mischief but they perceive it not.” [Surah Al-Baqarah 2:11]

Through malicious peace accords, treaties, economic and military cooperation, the West seeks to achieve the integration of the Zionist entity into the region. In fact since the creation of the Zionist entity, the central objective of the Zionists, the British, and the Americans has always been the political integration and normalisation of the state into the Middle East. As a result, these nations have employed many different styles to achieve this objective. Other styles which have been utilised for example have been the wars between the Zionist entity and the Arab states, the economic incentives, UN resolutions 242 & 338, the Camp David Peace Treaty, as well as numerous conferences and summits.

In highlighting the conspiracies behind facilitation, we must recognise that the implications are not restricted to the occupation of Palestine and the actions of the Zionists, but are to be found wherever the Western Imperialists have interfered in the affairs of the Muslim Ummah. In Bosnia, Chechnya, Kashmir, Algeria, and Iraq, the problems created by the Imperialists have been used as a pretext for their involvement and interference through the establishment of military bases, the stationing of so called ‘Peace Keeping Forces’, the conducting of economic treaties to commandeer the wealth of the Ummah and through enforcing secular political solutions. All of this is made possible through the compliance of the tyrannical rulers of the Muslim lands, who truly are the first line of defence for our enemies. The magnitude of the imminent danger of these implications must be well understood for the consequences are immense regarding the future of the Ummah and the work to revive it.
