Actually, there ARE many people who CARE, both Muslims and non-Muslims. And there are countless people who share a vision of a JUST Islamic State.
The 8,000-odd Muslims incarcerated in the dungeons of Uzbekistan are not languishing in horrendous conditions, just to seek Karimov’s pleasure. Those brave young students that accounted Gaddafi in the Seventies and who were subsequently hung on the university campus lamp posts did not crave for such a fete, because they admired the dictator’s rendition of the Green Book. And those brave civilians amassing in the streets of Homs are not doing so to preserve the status quo.
What this alludes to is that try as we might to change the oppressive conditions under which we are living; it is actually ONLY ALLAH (SWT) who decides WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT FOR REAL CHANGE. Just because we don’t see the results of the good deeds that people have/are doing in the Path of Allah (swt), doesn’t mean we lack Vision.
A noble effort.
But it is based on an assumption that is incorrect:
That people care.
I do not believe in such an assumption.
Nobody cares.
That is why evil is dominant.
To clarify:
I said “nobody cares”.
Allah (S.W.T.) cares.
People care if they are aware of the issue.
If people are indifferent it is because they have yet to hear
about these issues, and their solutions.
Like people being indifferent about buying DVD players in the
1950s.
The product needs to be marketed properly.
Khilafah needs to be marketed properly,
instead we focus too much effort on attacking the competitors
products.
We need to sell our “product” (Khilafah) better.
Then people will “demand” (i.e. be prepared to pay the “price”
for the product)
rather than merely “desire” it.
That is what i meant be “nobody cares”.
We need to show people how Khilafah will solve the torture issue,
by bringing the torturers to justice.
There are many Babar Ahmads around the world, many Dr Aafias.
Only the Khilafah can tackle the “root” of the problem (America Imperialism)
People are good.
But they need a vision.
We need to…
